Thoughts from Tara (and Malc) I met Paulo via Alison when I began studying Social Work at Brunel University and met Alison who was also on the course. I loved the fact that, with Paulo, what you saw was what you got. He always struck me as straight talking and no nonsense. He told it how it was. I can remember crossing the road one day in Brighton (he and Ali were visiting me for the weekend) and him getting involved in an argument between a pedestrian and motorist - he certainly wasn't one to walk on by. When I think of Paulo I recollect the lovely deep fried eggs he made me for breakfast and the great BBQ. Nothing was too much trouble for friends / guests. When I came to stay the weekend at Banbury I was amazed (and a little jealous) at how great Paulo's DIY abilities were and the lovely job he'd done in re-designing and landscaping the garden. I remember Paulo as someone who liked to have a good time, spend his money and live for the day. It was lovely to read about you Paulo on this tribute site and to re-visit the photos that Alison has shared with me previously. I bet you're 'up there' feeling frustrated that you can't add your own comments to your memorial. I shall miss you. Tara x
